Fourth quarter 2020:

Total revenue in the fourth quarter was US$43.14 million, compared with US$31.02 million last year, a year-on-year increase of 39%;

Among them, subscription solution revenue was US$29.66 million, a year-on-year increase of 33% compared with last year's US$22.28 million; partner and service revenue was US$13.47 million, a year-on-year increase of 54% compared with last year's US$8.73 million;

In addition, BigCommerce also mentioned in the financial report that the number of accounts with an annual contract value (ACV) greater than 2,000 US dollars was 10,184, a year-on-year increase of 12%; the average revenue (ARPA) of accounts with an ACV greater than 2,000 US dollars was 14,615 US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 32% %.

Throughout 2020:

Total revenue for the year was US$152.4 million, compared with US$112.1 million last year, a year-on-year increase of 36%;

Among them, subscription solution revenue was US$104 million, a year-on-year increase of 25% compared with last year's US$83 million; partner and service revenue was US$48.66 million, a year-on-year increase of 65% compared with last year's US$29.41 million.

In this regard, BigCommerce CEO Brent Bellm said: "2020 was a historic year for BigCommerce. We have remained strategically focused on serving the needs of merchants of all sizes, and this past quarter, we further demonstrated that Demonstrating our ability to disrupt the mid-sized enterprise and large enterprise markets, ARR (annual total revenue run rate) for enterprise accounts increased 51% year over year."

For the first quarter of 2021, BigCommerce expects total revenue to remain in the range of $41.8 million to $42.3 million. Looking ahead to full-year 2021, BigCommerce expects total revenue to remain in the range of $189 million to $191 million.
